You talk and I listen, then together we come up with some solutions for whatever your concerns might be.
How long will I need to come to counseling
As long as you would like, sometimes a couple of visits is all an individual needs. It also could depend on how many visits your insurance will pay for.
What will a counselor think about me?
I counsel with compassion and
no judgement.
Why does counseling cost so much?
Because we have to pay for our office, utilities, licenses, supplies, etc.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I accept most insurances!
I can also give you a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for a reimbursement.
I also accept cash and personal checks.
